Filozoficzne podstawy aktów doradczych w tradycji perypatetyckiej

W książce Autorka rozważa akt doradczy jako moralne działanie człowieka o wyjątkowym statusie, w którym drugiemu człowiekowi wskazuje się jak działać w wymiarze indywidualnym i społecznym. Zwraca się uwagę na cel aktu doradczego, jakim jest wskazanie takiego sposobu działania, który wspomaga rozwój człowieka. Istotę aktu doradczego wyznaczają trzy czynniki: praxis – pole działania moralnego, phrónesis – pole roztropnościowego doskonalenia i integrowania działania oraz rhetorica – uwiarygodniający przekaz retoryczny. Autorka rozważa akty doradcze na tle tradycji filozofii perypatetyckiej, w sposób szczególny filozofii człowieka i retoryki. Zwraca uwagę, że choć wiele ludzkich działań jest przejawem poznania roztropnościowego, to tylko w akcie doradczym występuje specyficzne sprzężenie namysłu roztropnościowego z treścią dokonywanego czynu. Dlatego integralne części roztropności ukazywane są w książce jako fundamentalny proces powstawania aktu doradczego, zaś kanon retoryczny rozważany jako sposób jego przekazu.

Philosophical foundations of consultative acts in the Peripatetic tradition

In the book, the author considers a consultative act as the moral act of a man with an exceptional status, in which the other person is shown how to act in the individual and social dimension. In the book attention is drawn to the purpose of the consultative act, which is to indicate a way of acting that supports human development. The essence of an consultative act is determined by three factors: praxis - the field of moral action, phrónesis - the field of prudent improvement and integration of activity, and rhetorica - authenticating the rhetorical message. The author considers consultative acts in the context of the tradition of Peripatetic philosophy, particularly philosophy of man and rhetoric. She points out that although many human actions are a manifestation of prudential knowledge, there is only in the consultative act a specific conjunction of the prudential reflection with the content of performed act. Therefore, the integral parts of prudence are presented in the book as a fundamental process of formation a consultative act, while the rhetorical canon is considered as a way of its transmission.
